Logistics

rFBS — It is a sales model where the seller is responsible for storing and delivering the products. How it works:

• You set delivery parameters for your warehouse and store the goods there.
  
  
• If you have multiple warehouses where you can deliver products to a region, prioritize the warehouses. This is necessary for knowing which warehouse the goods will be sent from first.
  
  
• When an order arrives, you pick and pack the order yourself.
  
  
• You send the product using a suitable delivery method. You can either deliver it yourself or use a courier service.
  
  
• Returned items come to your warehouse.
  
  
• Within the framework of mutual payments with Ozon, as in other sales models, the sales amount is deposited into your bank account after deducting the commissions received for our services.

1. The country where the products are shipped is visible to the buyer during the order. Choice of delivery region for your product (delivery restrictions to specific areas).
   
   
2. Different delivery methods for the same product.

4. The buyer can choose a delivery point or post office for product delivery. Payment twice a month for delivered orders.

Adding a Delivery Method

• Go to Logistics → Warehouses and Methods, then click on “Create New Warehouse” if you haven’t already created a new warehouse. After that, click on “Add Delivery Methods.”

• If you are adding a second or subsequent method, click on “Add Delivery Methods” on the desired warehouse card in the block, or select “Add Method” →.Choose where you will deliver the shipment to the carrier:

• If the carrier picks up your products from your warehouse, and your warehouse and the carrier’s product delivery point are in the same city, and the delivery takes less than a day, select “Same as Warehouse Country and City.”
  
  
• If the location where products are received is in a different city and the delivery takes more than a day, select “Other” and fill in the following fields:
  
  
• Country: The country where the carrier’s warehouse is located.
  
  
• City: The city where the carrier’s warehouse is located.
  
  

Make sure that the location where the products will be delivered to the delivery service is correctly selected. Violating the delivery time to the carrier can result in a decrease in your quality indicators and limitations on your sales on the website.

Select a delivery service from the general list of existing logistics companies.

Send the products using the delivery service chosen by the buyer when they placed their order. If you violate this condition, we may block your products.

For example, if the PTS and UMT delivery methods are specified in warehouse settings, and the buyer chooses delivery with PTS, you cannot send the products with UMT or any other service. This affects your score and quality indicators.

Select the delivery type: courier or pickup from an order delivery point.

Specify the name of the method, the address of the drop-off point, and choose the end time for order collection. You will see the delivery geography based on the selected method. Note: Delivery to Sivastopol is not available.

After verifying the accuracy of the entered information, click on “Save Method.”

After setting up logistics, ensure that delivery costs are included in the product prices.

Ozon Partner Delivery

Note – Currently, partner delivery is available only in Turkey, China, India, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

How to Activate:

Go to the Logistics → Warehouses and Delivery Methods section in your user account. Click on “Add Delivery Method.”

Specify the city where you will deliver the products to the carrier.

Choose the delivery service to work with Partner Delivery, which can be PTS & GBS Broker, UMT & Hecny, Logitrans & GBS Broker, or ASE-UNI.

Select the tariff and delivery method.

• Create a name for the method. Specify the following:
  
  

1. The integration type, which is “Aggregator.” The address of a suitable pickup point.
   
   
2. The time when orders will be collected.
   
   
3. Get acquainted with the delivery geography.
   
   

Double-check all the parameters, and click on “Save Method.”
