In accordance with Article 13 of the Law and Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller; with this form, you can send it to our Company by one of the 4 methods described below.

Your requests submitted to our company will be answered within thirty days from the date of receipt of your request, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the Law, depending on the nature of the request. Our answers will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the relevant Law.
